Many new vehicles have an automatic Start/Stop system, i.e. when the car stops, the engine switches off. In certain circumstances, it can save fuel, but in everyday traffic it is often a distracting factor because it slows down a bit. If it is an operational vehicle such as the police, such a solution is not suitable.
This CAN module always switches off the Start/Stop or "ecodrive" function when driving. If the driver wants, he can turn it on at any moment from the button in the car.
Installation is easy thanks to CAN signals. The product comes with model-specific installation instructions. The product is pre-programmed according to the car.
